a) Prepare and maintain the Materials Submittal Flow Sheet. b) Obtain quotation from suppliers. Evaluate offer and prepare comparative statements. c) Check and prepare Material Submittals in conjunction with the Project Manager. d) Prepare and maintain the Shop Drawings Flow Sheet. e) Provide engineering inputs and support to the Draughtsman in the preparation of the shop Drawings. f) Check, review and approve Shop Drawings. g) Review comments received from the consultant on Material Submittals and Shop Drawings. Prepare and organize re submittals as required. h) Take off material quantities from the approved drawing and prepare Material Requisition. i) Ensure that all materials are ordered in time so that progress on site is not interrupted or delayed. j) Plan labor requirements based on the construction program and provide requirements to the Project Manager. k) As per site work condition submit the daily progress report to the Project Manager. l) Installation of the HVAC works done along with the co ordination of other services (Plumbing, Drainage, Fire fighting & Electrical Services etc.) Hand over the site as per given schedule with Quality work
