Appoint collection & Retention agency and Distributors Salem Zone Handling AV/CV insulation, CAF management, Coordinates with all BU distributors and resolve the issues Handling Salem, Namakkal, Hosur, Dharmapurai & Krishnagiri base with an 5 ISP Channel partner and an agency and a with 35 executives on field to ensure Collections and Churn. Also Handling an Outsourced Manpower for Retentions in Company owned Company Operated Showroom who is reporting to me on daily basis. Responsible for 100 Collections against Billing. Receipt Book Auditing on Daily basis. Responsible for ISP Channel partner revenue enhancement. Agency Bill Processing and Bill Pay out. Responsible for Churn control and Customer service Responsible for Controlling High Arpu Customers Churn. Responsible for Company owned Company Operated Showroom Retentions.
