Present Carrier: When I was doing my second year MBA, I had the opportunity to get a job as ISO Coordinator in GLOBE Logistics Services Co Trucking Division, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Working In that company from June 2010 to April 2011 Duties & Responsibilities: Preparing Employees Job Description for all positions (Helpful for recruiting new candidates) based on this set basic requirements mentioned in Job Description. Preparing Work Procedures / Instructions of different depts. EPE ( Employee Performance Evaluation) CPAR (Solving the internal / external problems / grievances through using ISO forms, ie Corrective / Preventive Action Request. Conducting Internal Audits / External Audits & if there is non conformity, use ISO procedure NCR to rectify the mistakes. Evaluating the customers through sending & receiving feedback using ISO tools ( Customer Satisfaction Survey) & based on feedback recd ,take action if any complaints. Responsibility in maintaining Quality Control standards such as introducing new form nos / Records / Files .etc by allotting Document number & Revision no ( By using ISO New Documents / Document Change Proposal Form) Preparing Quarterly Reports. Evaluating the suppliers through (Approved Suppliers Evaluation Form), including or deletion of Suppliers from suppliers list. Arranging & conducting training programmes with regard to Safety & Security & Awareness programme about ISO procedures / policies for the new arrival employees. Past Carrier: 3 months internship during MBA at Coromondal Shipping Agencies Pvt.Ltd.
