Excellent hands on experience in different Distributed Control System (DCS) such as Baileys INFI 90, Siemens SPPA T3000, Mitsubishi s DIASYS UP which includes configuration of I/Os, making the functional drawings and configuring them in the system. Knowledge of different PLC such as Siemens S5 and modicon. Hands on experience in the overhauling, repairing, calibration and installation of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, electro pneumatic and electro hydraulic instruments used in the control system. Overhauling and calibration control valves, motorized valves, solenoid valves and actuators. Several successful years of experience working with steam turbine and generator supervisory instruments and controls. Hands on working experience in the installation and configuration of Bentley Nevada 3500 series vibration monitoring racks. Very good knowledge in the interpretation of Piping and instrument Diagrams, Wiring diagrams, Loop diagrams, Panel drawings and Signal flow diagrams. Highly skilled in caring out the preventive and corrective maintenance of all process instruments. Diagnosing and rectifying various problems in the control loops. I have 23 years of Experience in Nuclear and thermal power stations, and petrochemical Plants.
