Accompanies Doctors and own ward rounds and implement treatment as required. Assist the Doctor in performing Diagnostic and Therapeutic procedure like insertion of central line, arterial line, lumbar puncture, endotrachial intubation, chest tube drainage, abdominal taping, blood collection, bone marrow aspiration etc.. Continuous cardiac monitoring and close observation. Administration of medication. Keep records and maintain all inventories on each shift. Management of Cardiac emergency. Management during epilepsy. Monitor and evaluate nursing care plan after carrying out each procedure. Record inpatient chart.
