Am looking for a job about Process Design Engineer.. my current roles are; Designing of all chemical equipments like Evaporators, Valves, Distillation columns, Pipes, Heat exchangers, Flanges, Pumps, Flash vessel, feed tank, Centrifuge, Clarifiers, etc, in both two dimensional and Three dimensional. Preparing PFDs and PIDs. Guiding junior design engineers about process flow, PFDs and PIDs. Calculating Length, Breadth, Fluid depth, free board height for square tanks and Area and height for cylindrical tank. Designing and assembling all equipments according to the given process flow. Installing and Commissioning new water treatment units and also Monitoring mistakes and modifications and if identified rectifying such technical errors. In cases, if any unexpected problem occurs in plant suggesting for trouble shooting on existing Projects. (Plant Maintenance) Preparing Repots about the existing Process. Monitoring all designers and operators working in several projects with a help of managing software MSP (Microsoft Project) by using PPM Concepts (Project Planning and Management). Controlling all Risk Management, Procurement Management and also quality and time management. Pipe designing for each plants using software like Autocad Plant, Pro E , Solidworks and Unigraphics, etc,. Proposal of Projects accordingly certain knowledge areas.
