Improvement in Outlook Mail (vb): To make outlook run faster and better, for time saving and increase efficiency by using macros and computer speedup techniques. Improve Agilent Customer Survey (ACS) Webtool (asp.NET and vb): To build, develop more users friendly and maintain internally developed ACS Webtool and to enhance the Webtool to improve data population, data quality and data extraction for business performance tracking and monitoring. Others: Assist in updating the process and document upload to be published on the intranet which is used for training and to support the operation.
