- Responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of wafer fabrication machines in THIN FILM deposition process (PVD) Well versed in maintenance of Thin Film Physical vapour deposition technology machines like APPLIED MATERIALS PVD ENDURA and MATTSON RTA system Monitor and controlling the important process Parameters like temperature and pressure, etc Using Electronic SPC (statically Process Control) charts and TMS chart. Installation of ROBOT Arm, leveling, calibration and servicing and Gas panel calibration during troubleshooting.. Experience in various kind of vacuum pumps such as , TURBO pump & CRYO Genic pump. Good knowledge and understanding of Electrical Safety and Electrical Safety Procedures and Manual Preparation.
