Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my interest in applying for the post of Management Trainee/Trainee Travel Consultant at your organization. I have recently completed a Bachelors of Science (Hons) in International Tourism and Hospitality Management at the Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS). The degree completion date was 25/11/2011; hence I am looking for a suitable trainee position at a hospitality organization. I am interested in these specific positions as I have gained much theoretical knowledge in hotel operations and travel consultancy during the course of my degree program. I am now interested in joining a reputable organization for training and a full time position. I feel that I m a motivated and fast learner with the ability to build and maintain good relations with people. I value teamwork and am also able to carry out independent work. I have interned previously in Sri Lanka for a period of 4 months as a front office executive at a reputable 4 star hotel. I have interned in Singapore at Pasta De Waraku for a period of 3 months in the service crew. I am very fluent in English as well as my native language Sinhalese. I am from Colombo, Sri Lanka, however I have been studying in Singapore for the past 2 years. I left Singapore on the 19th of December 2011 after completion of my degree program.
