Job Profile: As the company has complete automation provided from different countries automation systems along with PLC, SCADA, DRIVES of SIEMENS, ABB, MITSUBISHI, ROCKWELL AUTOMATION,WONDERWARE,UNICO etc...So I have tried to learn here and get some useful experience on these automation systems as well, which are as follows: 1) Programming & Maintenance of PLC SIEMENS SIMATIC S5(155U&115U) and S7 300 & 400(SIMATIC MANAGER V5. ), UNICO, MITSUBISHI ( A series). 2) In SIEMENS PLC s (S7 300/400)creating new projects,archiving/retriving and program backing up, documentation of the projects, fault diagnostics using program structure, cross reference list, I,Q,M list, editing projects facilities available in SIEMENS PLC s like force, modify, rewiring variables, configuring hardware and communication settings etc 3) Fault finding and troubleshooting of the various PLC based lines. 4) Maintenance & Fault finding / troubleshooting of AC & DC Drives and their fault finding with their respective software s e.g. DDC tool v4.0 (for ABB DCS drives), Drive window V2.12 ( for ABB DCS 600 & above drives also for ABB ACS 600 & above drives),Drive window light ( for ABB ACS 500, DCS 800 drives), Drive Monitor ( for SIEMENS Drives), and also using their operator interface unit either CDP. 5) Maintenance of AC & DC motors, MCC s, PCC s, ACB s (up to 1600A), Transformers and all lines. 6) Maintenance of EOT CRANES ( WMI, AVON, MUKUND, BHUSHAN made with and without drives) & Transfer Trolley s and Coil Tilting cars 7) Maintenance of gas fired furnace (made: EBNER, Austria) 8) Maintenance and troubleshooting of instruments of process controlling loop related to Temperature, Pressure, Flow & Level, and the controllers related to the process. 9) Working experience on transducers/sensors (used for temperature, pressure, flow, level, displacement, motion, ultrasonic, photo sensor, piezoelectric, capacitive sensors for auto centering of line with strip size variation, , transmitters, controllers ( PID, ON/OFF), their fault finding and maintenance 10) Calibration of temperature sensor, Temperature controller, and I/P converters. 11) To prepare the preventive maintenance schedules and to follows up Planning and implementation of predictive & preventive maintenance. To checkout the breakdown root cause analysis and removing them by performing preventive / predictive maintenance on regular intervals Improvement of MTBF and reduction in MTTR of machine Planning and procurement of spare parts, maintain records of spares used on lines and their availability To prepare logbook of daily shifts in SAP & also to prepare machine history card and checklist To keep updated all the instruments history cards, calibration status and department performance records
