Here working as an Service/Project Engineer in the Marine and Industrial automation project division. I am actively involved in the application development with PLCs like Modicon Micro, Premium & M340 PLCs. I have experience in Application development using G.E Fanuc iFIX (Ver. 4.0 & 5.0) SCADA and Configuring HMIs of Telemecanique (Magelis XBTGT & XBTGK series). I also have experience in the configuring of ALTIVAR Series VFDs and ALTI START Soft Starters. The work includes pre engineering survey, design, supply and installation of sensors, lying of all cables, process loop checking , Punch points clearing according to the punch list, commissioning & start up activities etc .I am also actively involved in the Commissioning and Maintenance activities of Marine & Industrial applications. I had worked in many yards and drydocks all over the world including China (Cosco Shipyard, Guangzhou) and Colombo Dockyard Ltd( Colombo). Actively involved in the commissioning activities of ABB s Electric propulsion systems (STADT AC DRIVES). Actively involved in the loop checking of ABB s Electric propulsion system. Actively involved in the commissioning activities of cargo system s (Ballast, Drill, Brine, Mud, Fresh water, Base oil and Fuel oil) with ABB drives (ACS 800) on board PSV 09 CD series vessels. Involved in the commissioning of Hydraulic Power Pack units. Involved in the commissioning of Integrated Automation System . Actively involved in the commissioning activities of ABB s Electric propulsion systems (STADT AC DRIVES) for bow and azimuth thrusters.
