Currently working as a Implementation Coordinator : It is an individual performance role, where in the individual will have the complete ownership to drive the complete process from start till completions for X no of sites w.r.t interior, exterior or refurbishment relating to making the premises ready for ATM deployment. Coordinating with third parties for deliveries of products and services Implementation and completion of complete site work Maintaining a healthy communication channel with the customer on regular basis Handing over of site to customer or pre agreed handing over process. Responds immediately to customer or vendor concerns or problems by resolving them or by Escalating them to the proper associate, team member or project manager. Scheduling: Prepare roll out schedule of the sites in coordination with the Project Manager and the client. Receive Purchase orders & installation instructions for the sites to be scheduled. Receive single installation date & time from the end user. CE assignment: Create work orders for each installation for Engineer s perusal. Contact FSC (Field Support Center) to provide an Engineer with the required skillset as per job requirement. Installation: Take necessary documents required for the installation and provide those to the assigned Engineer for his reference. Monitor each installation to make sure successful completion. Act as a single point of contact between the Engineer and end user if any complication arises. Send the Purchase order and completion details to BOC contact for invoicing. Send invoice to the customer and Project Manager. Documentation: Update Quick base system with sign offs, completion details, invoices, equipment serial numbers etc Additional Responsibility : (Handling Return material authorization Project) RMA Coordinator(Return material authorization) Goal of RMA project is to return part to Cisco within 30 days of part replacement; if not returned, Cisco will charge NCR for the full cost price of the part. As a RMA Coordinator responsible to ensure all parts are returned before reaching 30 days, or if not returned to be closely managing the RMA to ensure closure is achieved in the most efficient time possible. Coordinate with all the Field service manager of every country to get the details of RMA. If proper response not received escalating them to the proper associate, team member or manager. Attend Weekly conference call with Cisco to discuss about the pending RMA s.
