Troubleshoot of all CNC Machine problems. 5. Conducting CNC Operating, Programming and Maintenance Training for customers and Employees. 6. Ability to work on process improvements and cost reduction.. 7. Plan, develop and implementing Strategy to optimize productivity. 8. Providing technical support for production, planning and engineering departments. 9. Ensuring that applicable tools and techniques are identified and utilized for smooth running. 10. Ensure day to day production, quality & timely dispatch. 11. Receive customer feedback, review & implement in next job for their satisfaction. 12. Plan & Assigning jobs and respective shifts for Operators & quality Inspector. 13. Monitoring & Evaluation of quality of work 14. Job marketing & immediate feedback to respective vendors. 15.
