(Contractor: L&T) Efficiently led monitoring contractor s activities involved laying of Underground Cables for the DMS Project of Conversion of Electricity Distribution System from overhead to Underground System involving Cable Trenching, 11 KV Cabling laying, RMU , New 11/0.433 KV Distribution Transformer Substation erection, commissioning ,maintenance , Underground LT distribution Cabling network including, Service pillars/Feeder Pillars foundation ,Civil Work etc, Preparation & monitoring of FQP, Overseeing quality control ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per Technical specification approved health and safety matters on site. Coordination & monitoring of the various activities throughout the tenure of the projects, to act as a liaison between the client, consultants, contractors, etc Monitors the progress of project and updates corporate office, Preparing MIS reports and finalizing the reconciliation statement.
