Additional Skills: I work at JSW Steel Ltd, which is a part of Jindal Group of Companies, as electrical maintenance manager. During my tenure of four years, I got the opportunity to work on various projects which required a high degree of team coordination in order to be completed on time, and to carry out maintenance work of electrical control systems, equipments and automation. By making proper use of the available technology, I collect and analyze data so as to improve operational efficiency. My job involves efficiently managing my team, discussing delay causing problems with the operation and maintenance teams and drawing logical conclusions. With effective problem solving and troubleshooting techniques I was able to reduce downtime during several breakdowns. I always approach a problem logically, find its root cause, and communicate the data clearly with all relevant team members. I strongly believe in training, thus I have conducted training programs for my subordinates thereby improving the quality of the manpower.
