Ensuring all Audit Controls and fully involved in Interim audit, Statutory Audits and Due Diligence with KPMG, PWC etc. Supervising Accounts payable and all the Suppliers and Vendor timely payments. Supervising Accounts Receivable, credits and collections. Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly financial statements, MIS and Reports for Management, Bankers and Audit purposes. Responsible for Monthly closing of Books of accounts. Fortnightly and Monthly Bank Reconciliation for more than 10 Bank accounts. Verification and approval of Monthly Payroll and other Payment to the employees. Verifying, analysing, interpreting and ensuring completion / correctness of the accounting. Ensuring timely availability of Letter of Credits, Bank Guarantees and any other corporate requirement with the banks. Funds management in all the bank accounts in regards of getting term loan disbursements and repayments, Post Dated Cheques, and Fixed Deposits. Initiation and Over viewing all insurances policies and Renewals. (General, Life, Medical and Marine) Organizing and assigning work schedule to team members. Pre Launch Management team experience for regularizing accounts department system and controls. Handling the finance department in Absence of Finance Manager.
