   Our Singapore Mould manufacturing client looking for a Quality Inspector

Job Responsibilities

·         Audit and monitor quality requirements in accordance with the company quality assurance policies and customer specifications.

·         File incoming component device history records

·         Must have knowledge in all measuring instrument

·         Ability to operate CMM

·         Perform first article inspections to support the component qualification process

·         Conduct various tests and quality checks on finished Inserts & Moulded plastic components. Insure that all product have been tested and fall within standards, measured to specifications and within tolerances, readability of labels, etc

·         Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints

·         Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by lead workers

·         Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures. Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations

Job Requirement

• Minimum 2 to 5 years experience as a Quality Inspector
• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
• Singaporeans / PR’s can apply
