Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to prepare full set of Shipping Documents for Import, Export & Transshipment
- Setup effective process to execute product, end user screening
- Prepare documents and submission to Singapore customs for application of appropriate strategic goods export permits
- Work closely with customers (internal & external)
- Responsible for all freight bookings (in & out) including carrier bookings
- Assist sales department in obtaining freight Costing
- Preparation, submission of monthly & weekly report to Singapore Customs on Strategic Goods exports
- To declare necessary permits to facilitate cargo movements
- To ensure that all shipments are invoiced accurately and closed within the stipulated time frame
- To ensure all documents are properly filed and archived
Requirements:
- Degree in Logistics disciplines with at least 5 to 10 years relevant experience
