Conduct shop inspections in all equipment and materials delivered on site Monitor job conditions at all times to ensure the electrical work is done at proper time in relation to the parts of the building construction Prepares material submittals for approval of the designer Review and compare electrical contract drawings with architectural, structural and mechanical drawings for possible interference Conduct testing and inspection to all electrical wiring during roughing ins and architectural stage. Conduct testing and commissioning for all turn over residential unit, Initial & Final testing, Megger/Continuity test and Equipment functionality test, Voltage Test Supervise QRT/Punchlist crew for distribution of task for turn over of residential unit Read and Interpret Electrical Plans Supervise Manpower and distribution of task Design and Estimate Doing weekly/daily report regarding to completion and balance of works Implementation of latest transmittal regarding to electrical works Maintenance of electrical works Monitor job condition at all times to ensure electrical work is done properly in relation to the parts of the building construction Coordinate with other trade regarding to our works Master English Writing and Spokening
